Secret Agent Clank

Using the same engine as the first hit PSP Ratchet & Clank adventure, this game focuses -- for the first time in the series -- on the adventures of the beloved robot sidekick Clank and his secret alter-ego, Secret Agent Clank. Set after Size Matters, but before the events of Tools of Destruction, the premise behind Secret Agent Clank surrounds Ratchet as he's framed for a crime that he didn't commit. Unfortunately for the hero, the trial is skewed against him, and all indications point to him being found guilty. To save his friend, Clank dons the tuxedo and equipment of his favorite alter ego, Secret Agent Clank, and investigates who's behind the accusations. Along the way, he learns and acquires new abilities, such as Clank-Fu, which he'll use against his opponents. He'll also gain access to new weapons, such as bow tie boomerangs, cuff link bombs and jet boots.

Traxxpad, is an application which transforms the PSP® (PlayStation®Portable) system into a powerful piece of professional music studio equipment. Now you can create, mix and sample tracks on the go with your PSP. Traxxpad blends the power of sequencers, drum machines, and keyboards while simultaneously making the equipment easy to use and accessible, allowing anyone to create, mix and sample their own tracks at home or on-the-go. Music making can be as fun and easy as simply pressing buttons, or as in-depth and detailed as the user wants make it. Equipped with over 1000 stock sounds which range from drum samples to exotic instruments, the extensive sound library ensures that there is always variety to choose from. Star Wars- The Force Unleashed

This time around, the story takes place in the timeframe between Episodes three and four (i.e. the new movies and the old ones). The main character is Galen Marek, a young man who goes by the name Starkiller. The son of two Jedi, Starkiller was kidnapped/adopted by Darth Vader after the dark lord cut down the boy's father during the Jedi purge. Vader intends to train his secret apprentice in the ways of the Sith in the hopes of destroying Emperor Palpatine and taking over control of the galaxy. This setup allows Starkiller to treat both the "good guys" and the "bad guys" as enemies, allowing you to dish out unfiltered destruction

Marvel fans have enjoyed an embarrassment of riches in mainstream entertainment recently, with the biggest stars in the Marvel universe enjoying their moment on the silver screen and in a plethora of video games. The next Marvel icon set for the big-time treatment is the illustrious Iron Man, who's set to be the centerpiece of an action blockbuster in spring 2008 and a video game from Sega at around the same time. Though it's still very early in development, we got a chance to get a quick peek at the game to see where it's heading. If you're not familiar with Iron Man lore, here's the quick primer: billionaire industrialist (and debonair playboy) Tony Stark spends his millions on a suit of armor that essentially turns him into a human tank--only this tank can fly, blast repulsor rays, and toss around ICBM missiles like they were twigs in his backyard. In the game, you'll play as Iron Man, battling a host of enemies in a game whose story borrows both from the upcoming Iron Man movie (starring actors Robert Downey Jr., Terrence Howard, Gwyneth Paltrow, and Jeff Bridges), and more than 40 years of Marvel history

Puzzle Quest: Challenge of the Warlords

The game's story and setting splits the difference between the Japanese and Tolkien styles of high fantasy, producing a world filled with knights, dwarves, a variety of elves, orcs, ogres, wizards, warriors, dungeons, dragons, and so on, but all portrayed with a distinctly anime art style. The main story concerns warring kingdoms, uneasy alliances, and of course, an ominous, creeping force of darkness that threatens to consume everything. As standard as the setup is, the writing in Puzzle Quest is better than you might expect, especially when it comes to defining the various characters that you'll fight with and against. There's a simple character creator at the start of the game that gives you four professions to choose from--druid, knight, warrior, and wizard--as well as a handful of different character portraits. At the start it seems like RPG business as usual. There's a nicely painted overworld map dotted with castles, villages, and enemy strongholds that you'll travel about, taking on quests and fighting the random monsters that block your path from one location to the next. You'll get new weapons, armor, equipment, and spells; new characters will join your party; and once you establish your own personal citadel, you'll be able to capture creatures and use them as mounts, craft new items out of special runes found out in the world, and eventually lay siege on opposing cities. What makes Puzzle Quest so interesting is how it uses a familiar puzzle game format to perform these actions. The gameplay in Puzzle Quest is most analogous to Bejeweled. You're presented with an 8x8 grid of pieces that you can slide around one at a time. Following in the footsteps (or wriggle-tracks?) of its legendary predecessors, Worms: Open Warfare 2 brings back the classic 2D gameplay with all sorts of extra features, and squeezes it all onto your favorite handhelds. The first point of note is the enhanced online multiplayer mode for both systems, meaning not just local multiplayer games, but fully international deathmatches, stats and leaderboards. Also to be had here are a whole host of new customisation options -- you can create your own custom landscapes as well as design team flags, modified hats, tombstones, victory dances and more... On top of the classic deathmatch, there are also new single and multiplayer modes in the form of Rope Race, Forts, Puzzle and Campaign modes. There's even a new Firing Range to try your hand at the 11 new weapons: such as the Bunker Buster, Buffalo of Lies, Super Sheep, Concrete Donkey and Holy Hand Grenades!
